Privacy Policy
How Supportify collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information.
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Who we are
Supportify (ABN 52 874 169 846) is a registered NDIS provider based at 8 Pommel St, Pakenham VIC 3810. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles, and our obligations as a registered NDIS provider.
What we collect
Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect:
- Contact details — name, phone number, email address and suburb
- Details about the support you are interested in and how your NDIS plan is managed
- Information you choose to include in a message or tell us on the phone
- If you become a participant: NDIS plan details, support needs, goals, and health and disability information needed to deliver safe support
Health and disability information is sensitive information. We only collect it with your consent (or a representative’s consent) and only when it is reasonably necessary to provide support. Please don’t include detailed health information in the website enquiry form — we’ll talk it through with you privately.
How we collect it
Mostly directly from you or your representative — through our enquiry forms, by phone, WhatsApp or email, and in person. With your consent, we may also receive information from your support coordinator, plan manager, family or carers, or other providers involved in your support.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk about support options
- To plan, deliver, review and invoice NDIS supports
- To keep you and our workers safe
- To meet our legal and NDIS obligations, including incident reporting and audits
- To improve our services and website
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only where needed, and with your consent where required:
- The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) and your plan manager, for funding and payments
- Your support coordinator and other providers involved in your support
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as IT, email and accounting providers
- Regulators and authorities where the law requires it, such as the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
Our website
When you use our website, technical information such as your device, browser and pages viewed may be collected using cookies and analytics tools, including Google Tag Manager. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Our enquiry form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam. reCAPTCHA analyses how the form is used and sends that information to Google, under Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Enquiries sent through the website are emailed to our team and a copy is kept in our website system for up to 90 days, then deleted automatically.
Information stored overseas
Some of the service providers we use — for example Google (email, reCAPTCHA) and WhatsApp — may store or process information on servers outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers with appropriate security.
Keeping information secure
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including access controls and secure systems. We keep participant records for as long as required by law and NDIS rules, then destroy or de-identify them securely.
Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you. Call us on +61 459 637 239 or use our contact page. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will explain if there is a lawful reason we cannot give access.
Questions and complaints
If you have a privacy question or complaint, contact us first on +61 459 637 239 and we will try to resolve it quickly. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. For concerns about NDIS supports, you can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
